Stuff that you need to know, please read on, its short, concise not complicated!


  • Signing up is one thing. Confirming is another thing. Bookings are only guaranteed upon full settlement of fees.


  • Payment details will be emailed to you.

  • For local residents, online or over-the-counter deposit to ANY Banco de Oro (BDO) branch.

  • Please email us a copy of the settlement form/deposit slip for confirmation.

  • Paypal option available (minimal online fees apply). Please specify your name, date and tour program you've signed up for.

    Settlement in Philippine Pesos only.


  • Tours are almost never canceled (except for inclement weather or force majeure).

  • Cancellations by Old Manila Walks shall entail a full refund.

  • Cancellations by the booking party are subject to the following terms:

  • Ten (10) or more days prior to the tour date - Full (100%) refund.

    Nine (9) to three (3) days prior to the tour date- Fifty (50%) percent refund.

    Two (2) to one (1) days prior to the tour date- No Refund.

    On the day cancellation- No Refund.

    No shows and latecomers who miss the tour - No Refund.


  • For latecomers, Old Manila Walks reserves the right to alter the tour program to fit to the allotted time schedule. No refunds will be issued to those who miss the tour.


  • Participants with paid-up bookings may reschedule the date and time of their booking without any charges if done at least fourteen days(14) days or more prior to the original date.

  • Rescheduling of confirmed and paid-up bookings shall be at the discretion of Old Manila Walks. New dates and time are subject to slot availability. A fee of Php250.00/head (or a minimum Php1,500.00 / whichever is higher) shall be applied for every rescheduled date.

  • Rescheduled date should be within ninety (90) days of the original date. Beyond this, the booking and settlement shall be forfeited. Differential rates (+10%) will apply weekends and holidays.

  • Last-minute rescheduling is not allowed on the actual tour date.

Transfer of Slots

  • Except for the San Miguel-Malacañang walk, booked slots (of the same date and program) are transferable in all the tours. Balances, when applicable, to be settled accordingly.

  • Transferring of tour slots from one program to the other will be at the discretion of Old Manila Walks. No refunds shall be issued if the new program is of lesser value from the original one booked.


  • Tour exclusivity is only guaranteed, upon request, for groups of twenty-five (25) pax or more. There may or may not be others who can join for groups under 25 pax. A thirty percent (30%) surcharge from the final amount will be applied for groups under 25 pax requesting exclusivity.

Program Change

  • Old Manila Walks reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary if necessary subject to weather conditions, tardiness, change in schedule or force majeure.


  • Tips are never asked but are welcome and appreciated.

We are accepting private group bookings only for now. Open public tours to resume on a later date.
